With recently returning to a daily fitness routine, Adam shares from his personal experiences of the benefits that exercise bring, and they both share how instrumental it is to what they do in all areas of their lives.

Both Thane and Adam are passionate about writing and encourage their fellow Up & Comers to engage the life of the mind through reading and writing and examining the thoughts and experiences we face in this beautiful dance called life.
